Nesting is inspired by Keita Takahashi's Katamari and the Mocking Bird who loved to sing outside my window at 2am.

Roll up everything you can in the time limit to make the biggest nest. Each level is procedurally generated based on the bird species you choose. Unlock more bird species by getting achievements. The more endangered the bird species, the more time you have to roll! 

I make infrequent updates. Play a downloaded version for better graphics, performance, and persistent saves. Feel free to post comments, bugs, or requests.

For a bit of history, I started this game in 2019 updating it regularly. The goal was to raise money for the World Land Trust and in the end several acres of rainforest were saved thanks to the project. At that time each species could be bought for 1-10$ as NFTs. I did meet a few great people like Gumdrop Meadowz, who made most of the music. But, the rest of the crypto community burned me out. I kept working - way more slowly, but didn't update it publicly while I waffled.  It was mostly the community's hyper focus on getting rich quick by any means that drained me. (For reference it was on the WAX chain so no real environmental concerns.) Years later I started transitioning the game to play off-chain, and here we are. Hope you enjoy!
